Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the irreversible nature of digital software licenses, our refund and cancellation policies are strictly defined.
1. Cancellations
Because our delivery system is automated and instantaneous, orders cannot be canceled once the payment has been processed and the digital license key has been dispatched to your email.
2. Refund Eligibility
We issue refunds only under the following highly specific circumstances:
- The license key provided is proven to be invalid, defective, or fundamentally unusable, and our technical support team is unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours of your report.
- You purchased a duplicate item by mistake and have not yet activated or viewed the second license key.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not issue refunds for:
- Incompatibility with your operating system or hardware (please check software requirements prior to purchase).
- A change of mind or lack of expertise to use the software.
- Keys that have been successfully activated on your machine.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you meet the criteria for a refund, please contact us at contact@velobit.store within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order number and detailed proof of the defect or issue.
